Abstract
Managing human resources in today?s dynamic environment is an essential function as well as important. Pharmaceutical Companies have medical representatives to present their product in the market. The growth of these pharmaceutical companies is depending on the presentation of the product by medical representative to the doctor/ Clinics. In a previous time, most of these companies managed their employee?s information through paper processing. Paper based processing has several limitations hence a Field Service Management Software (FSMS) has been developed for digital information recording and processing. Through this FSMS, a Manager can store, manage and track employee?s information in near real time. This paper presents a FSMS on West part of Ahmadabad, Gujarat which was developed using free and open source software (FOSS4G). This system has a study related data like hospital, clinic, and Pharmaceutical company location, roads in the study area and ward boundary. In this system, a manager can get the live information about all employees on their screen using GPS system. Furthermore, the manager can also store and manage all details of the employees. This application considerably reduces paperwork and save one`s precious time apart from being very convenient

Abstract
Bamboo trees are very common in almost every household of rural areas in Assam. Monitoring their expansion is useful for various environmentalists. Bamboo is in the path of becoming a great replacement for plastics. Hence, its preservation and monitoring are very important. Most of the existing works of tree identification are based on machine learning models, Convolutional Neural Network, UNet and Fully Convolutional deep learning models. Specific tree detection of coconut and palm trees has also been done using satellite images. Very few works have mapped bamboo regions using Sentinel products. Landsat and WorldView are the repeatedly used data for bamboo mapping and classification. The aim of this study is to provide a view to the ability of Sentinel imagery and vegetation indices for monitoring of Bambusa Tulda (Jati bamboo) during winter season. The study was carried out in Dimoria Development Block of Assam, India. The bamboo classification techniques using satellite products have been vigorously compared in this work. We have used Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, Stress Index and Bamboo Index to extract the features of Bambusa Tulda. The results show that Bamboo Index and Stress Index improves the bamboo classification result

Abstract
Leaf recognition is used in various applications in domains like agriculture, forest, biodiversity protection. Leaf recognition based on images is a challenging task for computer, due to the appearance and complex structure of leaves, high variability between classes, and small differences between leaves in the same class. This paper reviews a state-of-the-art application for building a fast automatic leaf recognition system. We propose a combination of shape, color, texture features and sparse representation extraction for different leaf recognition tasks. In this paper two features databases have been built using 32 classes with 1980 images for Flavia dataset. In recent trends the Graphics processing units (GPU) emerge with high parallel computing capabilities. In this paper we used the computation ability of modern GPU to execute the proposed leaf classification that achieves classification results of 99% and extreme parallelism recognition

Abstract
Taguchi technique of eminence engineering used to optimize asset of deliberations, which give the desired result. In this Paper, Taguchi methodology applied on friction stir welding operation, which is one of modern welding method. Three of most significant deliberations in FSW (rotation speed, welding traverse speed, and tilt angle) used to find out optimum set for the three responses (average absorbed energy, energy for crack initiation, and energy for crack propagation). Experiment enterprises by Taguchi enterprise of experiment and, and optimization of results by apply Taguchi technique. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) done to find the influence of each deliberation on the responses. The proposed model considers progression optimization in a general case where analytical relations and interdependences in a progression are unknown, thus making it applicable to various types of progression optimization problems. This paper represent the overall performance and enhance of product eminence.

Effective Replacement of Cement and Fine Aggregate by Copper Slag: Novel Approach
Survey Paper | Journal Paper
Vol.8 , Issue.8 , pp.85-87, Aug-2020
Abstract
Copper slag is the result of copper extraction measure for example refining, which coasts on the outside of liquid metal, which gathered and discarded or utilized as one of the waste which can have a promising future in development industry as incomplete or full option of either concrete or totals. . It has a few applications like land filling, development of grating instrument, material granules, cutting devices, rail street counterbalance material, solid industry and so forth. These applications use exclusively with respect to 15-20% of copper slag created and the staying material is dropped as a waste. In order to scale back the development of copper slag and also to deliver a substitute material for sand and concrete a methodology has been done to dissect the use of copper slag in concrete for the fractional substitution of sand and concrete. This paper presents the copper slag mixture which is replacement of cement effectively. We are describing the various research ways to determine efficiency properly for replacing of proper cement by using aggregate quantity of copper slag. The various investigation justify this proposed novel approach of replacement of cement by conduction of durability test and compressive strength test performance.

Wire electrical discharge machining is extensively used in machining of conductive materials. The WEDM process has the ability to machine complex shapes and hard electrically conductive metal components precisely. The main goal of wire electrical discharge machine manufacturers and users are to achieve a better stability and high productivity of the process with desired accuracy and minimum surface damage. The main objectives of the present research are to experimentally study the effect of various process parameters like pulse on time, pulse off time, wire feed, and wire tension on the performance measures like material removal rate, surface roughness and wire wear ratio. WEDM is a widely recognized unconventional material cutting process used to manufacture components with complex shapes and profiles of hard materials. In this paper we are presenting the development of WEDEM process using various pre define parameters using Taguchi method.
